1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 About KYNK

KYNK is a consent-first digital ecosystem designed exclusively for adults who wish to explore kink, alternative lifestyles, and related communities. The platform integrates social interaction, content sharing, community participation, connection and discovery features, event listings, and a product marketplace within a single environment.

1.2 What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and KYNK, governing your access to and use of the KYNK platform, including all features, tools, communities, services, and content made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any feature or service offered through KYNK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.4 An Adult Platform

KYNK is an adult-only platform. The Platform contains content, communities, and features intended exclusively for consenting adults. The Platform is not appropriate for and is strictly prohibited to minors. There is no parental permission exception. The minimum age requirements are set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

1.5 Consent-First Commitment

KYNK is built around the principle that all interactions on the Platform must be grounded in respect, honesty, and informed consent. By accepting these Terms, you commit to engaging with other community members in a manner that respects stated preferences and boundaries, does not coerce or deceive others, and upholds the dignity and autonomy of every person you interact with.

1.6 Incorporated Policies

These Terms must be read alongside the following documents, each of which forms part of the overall legal framework governing your use of KYNK:

• Privacy Policy — how we collect, store, use, protect, and share your personal data
• Community Guidelines — detailed standards of conduct across every feature of the Platform
• Marketplace and Seller Policy — governing the listing, sale, and purchase of products through the KYNK Shop

1.9 Changes to These Terms

KYNK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 An Adult-Only Platform

KYNK is designed exclusively for consenting adults. Participation is a privilege extended only to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section.

2.2 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Platform. If the legal age of majority in your country of residence is higher than 21, that higher age applies. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

2.3 Absolute Prohibition on Minors

No person who does not meet the minimum age requirement may access or use the Platform under any circumstances. There is no exception to this prohibition — no parental permission, no supervised accounts. If KYNK discovers a user does not meet the minimum age requirement, that account will be immediately terminated and all associated content removed.

2.4 Full Eligibility Requirements

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must confirm that you:

• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Are a natural individual (not registering on behalf of a company or organisation)
• Have not been convicted of any felony, sex crime, or crime involving violence
• Are not a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction
• Have not previously been permanently banned from the Platform
• Are providing truthful, accurate, and complete information in your registration

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a KYNK account. You may only hold one Account at any time. By creating an Account, you enter into a binding agreement with KYNK under these Terms.

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid email address, date of birth, and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your Account.

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with any other person under any circumstances.

4 Identity Verification

Identity verification is a mandatory and foundational safety feature of the KYNK Platform. It is not optional. Upon completing registration, you will be granted a grace period of 10 calendar days to submit your verification.

To verify your identity, you must submit a clear image of a valid, unexpired, government-issued identity document showing your full legal name and date of birth. Accepted documents include a valid driving licence, national identity card, or passport.

Government-issued identity document data submitted for verification is used solely for confirming your identity and age. Once verification is confirmed, the image of your identity document is permanently and immediately deleted from KYNK's systems.

If verification is not completed within 10 calendar days of registration, your access to the Platform will be restricted or suspended until verification is completed.

5 Platform Purpose and Permitted Use

KYNK is a multi-layered ecosystem combining a social platform, discovery and search tools, a connection and dating feature, community forums, an event discovery platform, a private messaging system, and a marketplace. Each of these functions is governed by these Terms.

You are permitted to use the Platform for personal, individual, and non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Platform for commercial exploitation, to build competing platforms, for automated data collection, or for any illegal activity.

6 User Conduct and Behavioural Rules

The standard of conduct expected of every member reflects KYNK's values of consent, respect, and authenticity. These rules apply across every feature of the Platform and to offline interactions arising from your use of the Platform.

You must treat all other users, vendors, event organisers, group moderators, and KYNK staff with courtesy and respect. You must not harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, threaten, coerce, or abuse any other person. You must not impersonate any person or entity, post or share others' personal identifying information without consent (doxxing), engage in discrimination or hate speech, or solicit money or sexual services from other users.

You must not use automated tools to access the Platform, create accounts after suspension or ban, or use the Platform to conduct or facilitate illegal activity of any kind.

7 Consent and Interaction Expectations

Consent is the foundation upon which the entire Platform is built. Every interaction on KYNK must be grounded in informed, willing, and ongoing consent. Consent on KYNK means consent that is explicit, informed, specific, ongoing, and freely given.

You must honour stated limits and preferences, respect blocking and restricting, accept rejection without retaliation, and never assume consent from context. Being on a kink platform does not mean that any user has consented to any or all types of interaction.

You may never post, share, or distribute any image, video, or other content depicting another person in a sexual or intimate context without that person's explicit, informed, and ongoing consent. The sharing of intimate images without consent is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.

8 Messaging and Communication Rules

KYNK's private messaging feature is provided to enable respectful, consensual, and personal communication between verified members. You may never send explicit, sexual, or graphic content to a user who has not explicitly requested or consented to receive it. If a user asks you to stop contacting them, you must stop immediately.

You may not use Messaging to threaten, intimidate, blackmail, or coerce any user. You may not send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk messages. You may not use Messaging to solicit money, financial transfers, or sexual services from other users.

9 User-Generated Content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create and share on the Platform. By posting content, you grant KYNK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

KYNK will not use your content to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent. KYNK will not use your content for advertising purposes. You are solely responsible for all content you post and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

10 Explicit Content Policy

Subject to the above, explicit content created by and featuring only consenting, verified adults is permitted on the Platform. All persons depicted in explicit content must be adults who have given their explicit, informed, and ongoing consent. You must hold evidence of age and consent for all persons depicted in explicit content you post.

11 Discover — Search and Navigation

Discover is KYNK's search and navigation feature. It enables users to search for profiles, groups, events, vendors, and content. Finding another user through Discover does not constitute an invitation to contact, follow, or engage with that user in any way they have not actively chosen.

You must not use Discover to send unsolicited mass messages, harvest user data, conduct surveillance, or circumvent a user's block. You must not use Discover results to reveal another user's presence on the Platform or their kink identity to anyone outside the Platform without their explicit consent.

12 Playground — Dating and Connection

Playground is KYNK's dedicated dating and connection feature. It operates on a consent-first basis at every stage — from the initial expression of interest through to any offline meeting or dynamic that may follow.

All information in your Playground profile must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You must not use Playground for commercial solicitation, to solicit money from connections, or to arrange the exchange of sexual services for compensation. KYNK makes no guarantee of the safety, character, or intentions of any user you meet through Playground.

13 Groups and Community Spaces

Groups are KYNK's community discussion and participation spaces, organised around shared interests, practices, identities, and topics within the kink and alternative lifestyle community. All platform-wide conduct and content rules apply in full within every Group.

Group moderators are community members who voluntarily manage specific Groups. They are not employees or agents of KYNK. KYNK retains ultimate authority over all Groups and may remove, archive, or close any Group that violates these Terms.

14 Events and Community Gatherings

KYNK is not the organiser, creator, host, or owner of any event listed on the Platform unless expressly and explicitly stated otherwise. KYNK provides the Events feature as a listing and discovery platform only.

Event Organisers are solely and completely responsible for ensuring their events comply with all applicable laws, obtain all required licences and permits, are strictly adult-only (21+), and maintain appropriate safety and consent standards for attendees.

15 Marketplace and Vendor Listings

KYNK is a marketplace intermediary. It is not the seller of any product listed in the Shop. The contract of sale for any product purchased through the Shop is a strictly bilateral contract between the buyer and the vendor. KYNK is not a party to that contract.

All products listed must be legal, safe, relevant to the adult lifestyle community, and intended for adult use only. Products involving minors in any sexual context are absolutely prohibited with no exceptions.

16 Payments, Fees and Transactions

Subscriptions are offered on a recurring periodic basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. KYNK will send a renewal reminder at least 3 days before your renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

All purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Where required by law, you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of the date your subscription began.

KYNK will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any fee increases.

17 Privacy and Data Use

KYNK's approach to privacy is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key commitments:

• KYNK is completely ad-free — your data is never used for advertising
• KYNK never sells your personal data to any third party
• KYNK never uses your content for AI training without your explicit consent
• Government-issued ID submitted for verification is deleted immediately after verification is confirmed

18 Moderation and Enforcement

KYNK uses a graduated enforcement framework. The severity of action reflects the severity of the violation. Actions range from warnings and content removal through to temporary suspension and permanent termination.

The following conduct results in immediate permanent termination with no warning and no appeal: any content involving minors sexually; non-consensual intimate imagery; human trafficking or exploitation content; credible and serious threats of violence; and false or fraudulent identity verification.

You have the right to appeal enforcement decisions (except those involving absolute prohibitions) by contacting [appeals@kynk.com] within 30 days of the decision.

19 Intellectual Property

KYNK owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including its software, design, branding, algorithms, and all content created by KYNK. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you create. You must not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its intellectual property without KYNK's express prior written consent.

20 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KYNK expressly disclaims all warranties. KYNK is not responsible for the conduct of its users, the quality or safety of third-party vendor products, or what happens at events organised by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KYNK's total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid to KYNK in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes KYNK's liability for death or personal injury caused by KYNK's own gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [KYNK's jurisdiction of incorporation — to be completed upon incorporation]. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at [legal@kynk.com] to attempt informal resolution.

Subject to exceptions, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You may opt out of the agreement to arbitrate by sending written notice to [legal@kynk.com] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms must be brought within one year of the date on which the claim arose.
